🐾 Refund & Returns Disclaimer

We understand that bringing a puppy home is a big decision — and while it’s rare, sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a full refund within 7 days of your puppy going home, provided the puppy is returned in good health.

All of our puppies are fully vet-checked before leaving us, and by the time your puppy goes home, you’ll have watched them grow, received regular updates, and built a strong connection.

If you wish to request a return, please contact us directly as soon as possible. Refunds will not be offered after the 7-day period.
